Code of Conduct

The Rendem Series bv requirers the following Code of Conduct for all parties connected to The Rendem Series bv inclusief all suppliers who are working with us now or in the future.
 
 
Child labour 
No child labour has occurred in our or the subject company or will ever occur.
 
Health and safety 
All legal (by Dutch Law or comparable) health and safety regulation have been
carried out in our or the subject company accourding to RI&E (risk inventory and
evaluation as by Dutch Law or comparable.
 
Forced labour 
No forced labour has occurred in our or the subject company or will ever occur.
 
Discrimination 
No discrimination has occurred in our or the subject company or will ever occur.
 
Discipline/harassment 
No discipline/harassment has occurred in our or the subject company or will ever occur.
 
Working hours 
The working hours in our or the subject company are approximatly 8 hours per day, 5 days a week.
On occasion extra hours can occur and only in consultation with employees.
Compensation 
Extra hours are compensated.
 
Freedom of association 
All employees have full freedom of association.
 
Collective bargaining 
All employees have the (by Dutch Law or comparable) right on collective
bargaining.
 
Education 
All employees will be educated on CSR
